Poster assignment

In todays session all students had to bring in our posters that we have created for Theory and Policy in Education. I had chosen to focus on Curruiclum Theory for performing arts and researched the TABA and BIGGS model which then also linked to a behaviorist and humanist approach within performing arts.

When researching TABA i did struggle as it seemed that there was not much on this model compared to BIGGS approach. What was negative was that each model seemed different sometimes so it was difficult deciding what information was correct about each model.

I did struggle with this assessment but also felt that i enjoyed putting it together as i see myself as a creative person with being involved in performing arts.

When it came to the day of hand in all students placed our posters on the wall within our class room and made the session like a gallery so we were all able to look at each others poster and place a post it note with a comment. These comments were helpful as they would state what was correct, what was incorrect and what we could do to make it better. It seemed that most comments on my poster was my grammar and spelling which i seem to have had issues with since school.
